Ity Primary Sizer

With the future ore sources comprising of a significant portion of oxide ore, an improved circuit is required to sustain throughput and improve circuit availability. A primary mineral sizer is therefore being installed as an addition to the existing plant to allow for separate processing of oxide ore through a custom designed oxide crushing circuit. The addition of the Primary Sizer circuit would increase plant availability, improve blend control, and significantly reduce rehandling costs of supplementary feed.

Zeal Engineering, acting as the Owner’s representative, completed the Feasibility Study and is subsequently managing the complete execution of the Project. Detailed design has been finalised under an Engineering and Procurement (EP) contracting arrangement. Zeal Engineering is directly managing all construction contracts and is self-performing E&I installation works.
